Fifteen years of recruitment experience across the United States and Australia, supported by a finance degree and time spent inside finance functions, shape the way Nick approaches every search.
He works from the perspective of the people who will sit on either side of the hiring table. Over his career, he has led confidential mandates for ASX 100 Controllers, multinational CFOs, and private-equity-backed finance leaders, and built a reputation as the first call senior finance professionals make.
Nick also hosts Career by Choice, a long-form podcast featuring conversations with finance leaders about the decisions that shaped their careers, the offers they accepted, the ones they declined, and the ones they wish they had taken.

Outside · Work
Outside of work, Nick is a passionate foodie who loves cooking as much as discovering new places to eat. He stays active through regular exercise and bouldering, and is an active member of the community, founding and supporting local groups and volunteering at his son’s school. A lifelong Miami Heat fan who loves to travel and try new things, he is, above all, a proud father to two beautiful kids.
